Job description
This role drives the achievement of established sales goals, strategic sales targets, and overall business growth through the implementation of established training and education programs and training driven special events, in designated retail accounts.
Deliver compelling and motivating professional development and education on: brand, product knowledge and selling skills, etc. to enhance skill sets of all staff and assure their capacity for consistent reinforcement of brand messaging, increasing brand loyalty and achievement of overall sales objectives with consumers.
Provide ongoing audits and assessment of the state of the business including: in-store sales staff, customer traffic, in-store facilities and report detailed feedback to functional managers in order to enable appropriate action and follow-up necessary to support and grow the business.
Desired profile
Understands the Business
· Someone who has at least 5 years experience in a retail environment (preferably in cosmetics, skincare/beauty)
· Ideally someone with some experience in training (either in store as an in store ambassador or who has experience in developing people as a manager in a larger team.)
· The candidate must be strategically based in their home market to visit the key doors on a regular basis.

· Must be flexible and adaptable; must be able to travel at short notice and work at weekends when appropriate to the business, and adapt to changing needs.*
· Must understand that they will be required to work in the stores, selling with the teams and inspiring success by their example.
*Must be punctual when visiting stores and when in the office, and show commitment to their role.

· The candidate needs to be proficient on all technical programmes such as PowerPoint, Excel, word, e mail etc
· Needs to have the ability to learn brand specific technology and by extension be able to retain a good level of product knowledge, in order to lead by example in store and command respect.
· To be aware of competitor activity including in store promotions and product launches.

· Must be able to present effectively to small or large audiences and have the capacity to engage the attendees.
· Must be able to deliver information clearly and concisely
· Must have a good command of the English language and be able to communicate to everyone regardless of their race or background.
