As a P&G Sales Assistant, you are the foundation for our success. Your responsibility is to build various analyses, reports, and simulations. These will be used by your team to identify broader market trends and develop the corresponding strategies.

As the coordinating interface between our customers, Sales managers, and other internal departments such as marketing and finance, you quickly build a deep understanding of interdependencies.
This will allow you to optimally support the planning and harmonization of promotions (e.g. event resources planning) and retail activities (e.g. co-design & sourcing coordination of materials for points of sale). In doing so, you will develop into a sparring partner for our Sales Managers and customers.

By focusing your communication on solutions, you will be able to support the collaboration between our key account team, internal colleagues, and external business partners in an Omni-channel environment (offline and online).

Qualifications

·  Completed apprenticeship (preferably in a business/tech/hospitality field)
·  First experience in managing internal and external relations (e.g. with suppliers, and customers)
·  Professional experience in retail industry
·  Interest in technological developments (e.g. smart products, social media)
·  Very good MS Office skills (especially Excel), SAP is a benefit
·  Work ethic is characterized by organization, a solution-focused approach, proactivity, diligence, flexibility, and autonomous working
·  Very strong analytical and communication skills in German, intermediate French and/or English
