Job description

A. In-store Sales budget payment's evidence checking, tracking, and budget management for Gillette, Oral-B, Braun, Whisper, Hair care, Downy, Febreze.

· Sales team's in-store promotion budget payment request checking, tracking
· Sales planning team's budget management with tracking report and issue handling (Promotion fund, in-store fixture cost, Shopper premium, Agency Fee, etc)
· On-going support for categories(Sample request, Purchase request, etc.

B. Year End Closing for Sales Planning team's budget
· Payment closing
· Accurual request

C. In-store human resource agency budget management

· Budget management and spending check
· Uniform Handling
· Communication with sales managers and agencies.
D. Sales deployment meeting preparation and follow-up for Planning team's quarterly business plan

E. Agency management for In-store sales aid material's maintenance

· Managing in-store tools inventory and scrap by quarterly.
· Monthly update and share of agency fee spending status
· Inventory check
F. New product code's test order Handling
· Test order check as a planning team's test order spoc.

G. Play the role of Representative Associate in CO team - training/advice to new temporary agency staff

Desired profile

- 학위 이상 소지자. (기졸업자 및 2016년 2월 졸업 예정자)

- 2016년 4월 입사 가능자.

- 영어 및 한국어로 문서 작업 및 회의 등의 업무가 가능한 자.

- 해외 여행에 결격사유가 없는 자..

- 전공 제한 없음.

3. 면접전형 ( 면접은 서류전형 시 제출한 Resume & Cover Letter을 바탕으로 함) : 2월 29일 이후
