RTCIS is a standard P&G warehouse management system. As RCTIS automation & solution application manager, you will be responsible for defining and deploying a standard solution to integrate evolving automation technologies with RTCIS. This role can be expanded to tackle non-automation scope for RTCIS as part of the broader RTCIS Solution Team
On a day-to-day basis you are expected to:

·  You will support Product Supply & Engineering to assess capability available in RTCIS and automation software.
·  You will develop a standard implementation package to integrate automation consistently and without risk to Operational Excellence.
·  You will support Product Supply & Engineering to implement standard integration patterns with the automation solutions / suppliers.
·  You will identify business needs that cannot be met with current capabilities and / or driving out requirements and associated value where functional gaps are identified
Qualifications

What do we ask from an ideal candidate like you?

Warehousing Mastery – Experience implementing Warehousing Management Systems (WMS ) at complex warehouses.

Ability to assess, understand and structure recommendations related to operating models and industry best practices for operating complex, highly automated warehouses.

Experience in handling solutions through the application lifecycle: requirements analysis, design, development, testing and deployment.

Preferred:

·  You should have at least 3-5 years significant experience in running Warehouse Management System Implementation and/or Solution Development / Design.
·  You should have 3-5 years working with Warehousing or Product Supply functions
·  You should be proficient in Windows (PC & Server) and Linux - Databases (Oracle, MSSQL & Open Source)
·  You should have ability to work independently with minimal guidance
Required:

·  You should have 3-5 years working as Project Manager and/or Application Manager in Warehousing Area
·  3-5 years experience in Application Lifecycle Management.
·  You should be a graduate of at least a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or relevant work experience
·  Strong verbal and written communication skills
·  Highly focused
