Job description
We are seeking a highly motivated professional to join our team as a Regulatory Affair Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing regulatory compliance strategies, ensuring compliance with local regulations and international standards. This role requires a deep understanding of health, safety and environmental regulations, as well as excellent communication and leadership skills to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
P&G Oral Care is an exciting business offering a range of different product forms, e.g. toothpaste, mouth washes, manual and powered toothbrushes, medical devices which are in scope of several regulations in EMEA (Europe, Mid-East and Africa).
This position is for developing proficiency in EMEA Oral Care GPS procedural work and expertise in application work by combining hands-on work with scientific principles/knowledge to drive foundational technical/regulatory understanding and solve technical / regulatory problems. Will determine the regulatory strategies to support new initiatives and protect current business in the market.
The initial role is to develop regulatory expertise for Oral Care products in EMEA and provide regulatory strategy/solutions for P&G product innovations / registration, including
1) acting as regulatory manager for successful new initiative launches and supporting current business topics.
2) monitoring applicable Oral Care regulations / standards in EMEA and assessment of impact to Oral Care.
3) leading product registration strategy and execute with excellence.
Job Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy, life sciences, environmental sciences. Master or PhD degrees will be a plus.

0 to 2 years of experience

Fluent in English.

Excellent communication skills are required to convey regulatory strategy and/or complex technical issues with variety of internal business partners. The individual needs to collaborate effectively and build strong relationships with internal and external partners.

Analytical mindset. Detail and result-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities with tight deadlines. Capable of anticipating and resolving issues.

Flexible to flow to the job as needed, with a strong sense of ownership and the ability to work independently.
