We are seeking Scientists for our pure beauty Research and Development organisation located in the Rhein-Main area. Of special interest to us are graduates of natural sciences and engineering disciplines from a Technical University or equivalent. We will consider candidates both with and without first work experience, in the following Hair Care, Hair Colour and Hair Styling areas:
Consumer Research
Product Formulation
Technology Development
Material Development
Process Development
Packaging Development
Product Safety & Regulatory Affairs

You will work in an international team of Scientists, Engineers and Researchers on new ideas that stylists and consumers really appreciate, linking consumer needs, technologies and science.
You will have an opportunity to put your technical skills to work on intellectually challenging problems.
You will work as part of a multi-disciplinary project team where you will get your own project responsibilities.
You will be supported in your work by an extensive range of on-site scientific services ranging from patents to consumer research.

Desired profile
YOUR profile - t o meet our minimum entry requirements we seek:
Education - minimum of a Masters level qualification or equivalent from a Technical University with strong academic results
First work experience through a management internship or first employment. We will consider candidates with up to 3 years of prior work experience
High technical interest coupled with scientific curiosity
Demonstration of leadership / self-starting capabilities, effective collaboration and communication skills
Passion, creativity and innovation with a clear focus on delivering results
Fluency in both written and oral business English

Due to P&G's announcement of its intention to divest the Salon Professional business to Coty, it is expected that the successful candidate(s) will be employed by the Coty business upon the anticipated closing of the merger of these brands into Coty (expected in 2016).
