R&D European PhD Seminar - the way to get to know and join P&G (m/f)

Apply to our R&D PhD Seminar and experience the challenges of the daily life of a Scientist/Engineer in

Research & Development in Industry!

You will experience the innovative world of our R&D organization at P&G and practice the technical skills needed to be successful.

You will do this via a series of exercises and case studies working with other international students and trainers from P&G.

During the seminar you will also visit one of our European Innovation Centers and have ample opportunity to meet and talk with our scientists and engineers.

During the seminar you will be able to practice:
- Applying technical knowledge to solve real problems
- Making difficult and tough decisions
- Setting priorities
- Communicating ideas
- Motivating people and teams
- Working as part of a team

The Seminar will be held at the Schwalbach Innovation Center, Germany from Sunday April 15th to Thursday April 19 th 2018. There are 20 places available.

The Seminar is open to Ph.D. Science (Natural / Life or Physical) or Engineering (excluding IT) students (m/f), who are in the penultimate or ultimate year of their Ph.D. Ideally the graduation should be by December 2017 or later.

Accommodation, meals, and travel to and from the seminar are paid by P&G.

Applicants need to take our online questionnaire and potentially attend 2 interviews.

Seminar Attendees and others who pass these initial requirements can afterwards be considered for interviews for full-time opportunities in one of our Innovation Centers in Europe.

Please be aware that the selection process will start earliest in December 2017.
