We are seeking a highly skilled and expert Quality Control Manager to join our pharmaceutical QC Lab team in Indonesia where communication, initiative, leadership, collaboration skills, and abilities are important.

Key Responsibilities

· 
Team Leadership: Lead and develop a team of QC analysts and technicians, providing mentorship, training, and support to ensure efficient and effective lab operations.

· 
Quality Control: Implement and maintain a robust quality control program, including the development and revision of standard operating procedures (SOPs), technical standards (test methods, specifications), and protocols.

· 
Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to local and international pharmaceutical regulations (BPOM/CPOB) and guidelines (WHO, ICH) in all QC activities.

· 
Instrumentation: Lead all aspects of the calibration, maintenance, and qualification of QC analytical instruments and equipment.

· 
Testing and Analysis: Coordinate and conduct various analytical tests and assays to evaluate the quality, purity, and potency of pharmaceutical products, including HPLC, Spectrophotometer, Dissolution Tester, etc.

Data Management: Review, analyze, and maintain accurate records of test results, ensuring data integrity and compliance with documentation requirements.

· 
Investigations and Deviations: Lead investigations of out-of-specification (OOS) results and deviations, implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) and report findings to the leadership team.

· 
Continuous Improvement: Find opportunities for process optimization and efficiency improvements within the QC Lab. Implement 5S and other operational excellence tools

· 
Supplier and Material Management: Collaborate with procurement and supply chain teams to ensure the quality of raw materials and components used in pharmaceutical manufacturing. Ensure all suppliers and materials are qualified prior to GxPs use, including laboratory chemicals, reference standards, etc.

· 
Audit Readiness: Prepare the QC Lab for internal & external inspections and audits, ensuring readiness and compliance with all audit requirements.

Job Qualifications

· 
Degree in Pharmacy (certified Apothecary).

· 
Proven Min. 5 to 7 years in pharmaceutical quality control & QC lab operations.

· 
Prefer 2 years in a managerial or leadership role, managing a team of QC Analysts.

· 
In-depth knowledge of pharmaceutical quality control regulations and guidelines.

· 
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

· 
Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

· 
Proficiency in laboratory instrumentation and analytical techniques.

· 
Detail-oriented with a strong dedication to quality and compliance.
