We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Quality Assurance Specialist to ensure the highest standards of quality, compliance, and regulatory adherence in our pharmaceutical operations. The successful candidate will play a meaningful role in maintaining and improving our quality management system while encouraging a culture of quality throughout the organization.
Key Responsibilities:

Ensure the implementation and compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices.
·
Build protocols & reports for validation of process, packaging, cleaning, performance qualification & computerized systems.
·
Prepare quality manual, site master file, and procedures with periodic reviews.
·
Issue and control quality documents for the site
·
Track and investigate deviations and failures of products, processes, and facilities.
·
Manage site documents, changes, deviations, and investigations.
·
Prepare risk assessments for product, process, quality, and compliance.
·
Conduct self-inspections and supervise implementation of CAPA on time.
·
Manage supplier & material qualifications.
·
Support external audits and corporate audits.
·
Review and maintain inventory of suppliers and service providers.
Job Qualifications
·
Degree / Diploma in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or related field
·
Minimum of 3 years demonstrated ability in quality assurance within the pharmaceutical industry, preferably in a similar role.
·
Knowledge of GMP, Indonesian health regulations, and industry guidelines
·
Track changes, deviations, investigations, complaints, and CAPA implementation
·
Strong analytical skills and the ability to assess risks and propose mitigations.
·
Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
·
Thorough with a dedication to maintaining high-quality standards.
·
Good technical writing skills
