This is an exciting opportunity to join Lamberts Healthcare Ltd, as a Quality Assurance Manager. You will play a vital role in developing and upholding the corporate quality strategy and fostering a robust quality culture, being the local expert with regards to relevant legislation, building strategic relationships and representing Lamberts in quality topics with business partners, customers and authorities.

With us, you will:

· 
Lead all aspects of the execution and maintenance of quality control processes and controls to ensure customer, suppliers and subcontracted activities are approved in accordance with business standards.

· 
Be the local expert in relevant legislation concerning Wholesale Dealing of Medicinal Products and Good Distribution Practices.

· 
Oversee our online Pharmacy business from a quality point of view, ensuring compliance in line with relevant UK standards. ​

· 
Collaborate with multifunctional teams in the management of quality control processes relating to product complaints and recall operations. A key focus on licensable activities associated with quality of product handling, storage equipment and facilities.

· 
Foster a Quality Mindset and Quality Culture within the business, incorporating requirements into the business, regular trainings in the organisation and looking for opportunities for continuous improvement.

· 
Ensure compliance requirements are met by Suppliers, Contract Manufacturers and Distributors and the maintenance of Quality Technical Agreements

· 
Prepare and lead audits and self-inspections, providing input to the corporate audit plan based on identified signals/trends/risks/gaps. Maintain accurate and compliant records of quality control activities.

Job Qualifications

We are looking for individuals who are leaders, have a real passion for quality and have a history of excellence in working with multiple stand cross-functional teams.

What we’re looking for:

· 
Bachelor’s degree in a scientific discipline.

· 
Relevant work experience in the distribution and storage of Vitamins, Minerals and Supplements within the UK market.

· 
Strong quality orientation including the ability to focus on details and adherence to standards while maintaining a business perspective.

· 
Good interpersonal communication, adaptability, influencing and problem-solving capabilities.

· 
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with fluency in English, both written and spoken.

· 
MS Office proficiency.
