At Manchester Plant we’re looking for great teammates who know how to take charge of business-related challenges and help keep our operation running smoothly. You will join the Pampers Manufacturing Team, where our Production Operatives are vital to the success of our business. As a Production Operative, you will take part in operating, maintenance and daily running of the production line. You will work on a multi-skilled team that is responsible for keeping production flowing, meeting performance goals and maintaining the high level of quality that consumers expect from our products.

The manufacturing process is designed around complex electrical and mechanical production lines.
Manchester Plant operates 24 hrs per day, 7 days a week and you would be required to work a 7day continental shift pattern (this may be subject to change between various shift patterns).

· Have a proven practical background of applying process, operational, mechanical skills to help solve production and equipment related losses.
· Have a high level of personal accountability and ownership for results. Show leadership potential and are not afraid to accept difficult challenges.
