Your responsibilities as Process Engineer Trainee

·  You will be accountable for supporting, simplifying and improving the production process of our high-quality products
·  Monitoring and controlling processes on the operational field
·  Understanding the operational processes at a LEAN environment
·  Lead and support ongoing business with savings projects. Developing technical changes for improve process reliability
·  Continuously collaborating with technical specialists, external partners and other functions
·  All of our positions are entry-level management roles. With the development of your outstanding operational and leadership skills , we can provide dynamic advancement opportunities.

Job Qualifications

We are looking for YOU if:

·  You are at your last year of engineer Bsc/Msc studies or graduated at the last 12 month
·  Available for 24-40 hours/week
·  Your English and Hungarian language skills are fluent in written and oral
·  You have strong leadership and excellent communication skills
·  Characterized by good problem-solving skills, systems approach, process orientation, analytical thinking, initiative, flexibility
·  You like to work in a team, but at the same time willing to work independently
·  You are open and motivated to acquire new knowledge as an engineer and manager
