The responsibilities for the Power, Control and Information System Engineer position will include; provides technical leadership in supporting the OU core business and initiative delivery. Acts as a key enabler in leading and delivering results against challenges. Provides an opportunity to be an integral part of executing projects for the category by leveraging new advanced controls, robotics, information systems and Cyber Security technologies.

Responsible for the coordination and execution of specific project activities. Applies technical leadership skills to deliver successful initiatives. Acts as a key enabler in leading and delivering results to address unique challenges found in manufacturing environments. Leads ongoing business, savings projects, and key initiatives and develops technical PC&IS solutions that address evolving business needs.

EDUCATION:

A Bachelors or Master’s degree in Engineering with focus on Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Automation and Controls (or other related degree and/or work-related experience)

SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:

·  1-6 years of work experience leading manufacturing lines and machine controls.
·  Strong Leadership skills and have led teams.
·  Strong Written and Verbal communication skills
·  Experience (or ability to quickly learn) in power systems, computing and network technologies, machine control and instrumentation, vision systems, robotics; knowledge and experience in electrical safety regulations and best practices.
