As the Plant IT Operations Manager, you will a have the responsibility to lead and continuously improve the end-to-end IT Operations for critical business processes on a manufacturing site! If this sounds exciting, read on!
How success looks like
· A deep understanding of the service and business and will ensure that the support model and other requirements such as vendor service level agreements and operational level agreements of customers and partners meets our site expectations.
· Lead delivery of operational excellence through maximizing best practices such as Information Technology Infrastructure Library.
· Continuously look for opportunities to drive efficiencies through standardization, automation and simplification and drive crisis management activities for challenging and high impact outages.
· Be accountable for all aspects of service delivery including overall quality of service, service transition, vendor management and service level management.
· Information Technology candidates must demonstrate strong leadership in the application of technical skills to drive business results.
Job Qualifications
· Fresh graduates with Bachelor's degree in related field such as Engineering, Information Technology and Computer Science field; Or Professionals with up to 3 years of working experience.
· Demonstrates a balance of business understanding and technical skills. Flexible working with the technology hands-on if needed.
· Strong written and verbal communication skills to influence others to take action and the technical courage to speak your mind and learn from failure.
· Ability to engage with senior leaders on technology decision discussions related to business value and the end-to-end IT lifecycle.
· Passion for IT, technology, and innovation, and proactively takes initiative to improve one’s own abilities to stay relevant as IT evolves.
· Understands the core project management field, and is able to lead one or multiple projects at a time with strong discipline and operational excellence.
· Must be willing to collaborate with people from different cultures, and work with teams from different time zones.
