P&G is searching for experienced PEGA Lead System Architect to own and develop P&G Global Enterprise PEGA Platform, which will be used to automate business processes across all P&G organizations globally (Finance, Logistics, Planning, Manufacturing, Warehousing etc.).

Important Responsibilities:

· 
Design PEGA Architecture in Azure Cloud for P&G and govern it to meet growing business needs

· 
Lead Platform Architecture changes and upgrades to optimize a service and provide wider range of capabilities, considering very dynamically growing Smart Automation area in P&G

· 
Define and Own Standards on PEGA platform

· 
Close cooperation with P&G development organizations and coaching on architecture & design standards

· 
Operations Excellence and focus on quality and stability of platform according to Critical Business Process requirements

Qualifications

· 
PEGA Lead System Architect Certified

· 
Demonstrated Experience in PEGA Platform Management and Architecture of enterprise PEGA environment

· 
ITIL foundation certification and experience in running IT Services and ITIL Processes

· 
Experience in Azure Cloud – nice to have

· 
Very good command of English and at least Bachelor's Degree
