The individual will be working as a PC&IS (Power, Control & Information Systems) Design Engineer who is responsible for global technology improvement. He/she is supposed to lead global PC&IS development, coach regional engineers and site PC&IS for trouble shooting and lead projects independently to enable platform visions.

Your team

From day 1, you will be a key member of the engineering team delivering new product and process innovations. You will tackle PC&IS challenges and be the glue to build the digital landscape for all production equipment and help drive Internet of Things (IoT), digital manufacturing, and future automation trends.

How success looks like

Be the platform PC&IS knowledge holder to help plants for trouble shooting and solve chronic issues. Meanwhile, continue to improve existing PC&IS system to enable the best cost & cash to deliver business target.

As the technology leader, continuously innovate & embrace industry leading solutions in PC&IS area. You need to stay connected with both P&G internal and external consulting companies, tap into the innovation ecosystem, screen and bring outside technologies into P&G.

Responsibilities of the role
• Lead process improvement, especially on throughout improvement and material utilization;
• Provide technical mentorship and support to manufacturing organization;
• Troubleshoot chronic engineering issues with our P&G Plants
• Stay in touch with the R&D community and external new technologies to lead platform PC&IS systematic improvements.
• Own the programming definition, testing, and execution for Industrial Control Systems (ICS) such as Programmable Logic Controller (PLCs) and Human-to-Machine Interfaces (HMIs).
• Provide technical direction to vendors and engineering firms throughout all phases of the project (design through construction and startup).
