The Opportunity

The Personal Healthcare area of the P&G business is rapidly growing. We are looking for a packing process engineer who will be responsible for ensuring that our packing processes reliably pack and protect the finished tablets coming out of the making process.  The packing process scope starts from packaging materials supply through all the packing unit operations until finished goods in cases are ready for shipment from our manufacturing sites.  You will also have technical responsibility for process problem-solving and investigation efforts.

Key Responsibilities of the Packing Process Engineer:

· 
To be the expert in packing processes and packaging materials in support of our manufacturing operations.

· 
To qualify and validate all packing process changes and to lead root cause analysis (troubleshooting) efforts.

· 
To qualify and validate new packaging materials and packing process changes driven by legal, regulatory, cost savings opportunities, and/or supply reliability.

Job Qualifications

· 
Degree should be in sciences, pharmacy, engineering or a similar technical field.

· 
Years of relevant experience in the pharmaceutical industry should be at least 2-5 years.  More experienced candidates are preferred.

· 
Candidate should have very good knowledge of a variety of packing processes and packaging materials technologies.

· 
A basic understanding of analytical methods, quality requirements, & regulatory requirements is needed.

· 
Strong leadership and communication skills are required.

· 
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with people from various backgrounds/cultures are required.

· 
Good presentation and negotiation skills

· 
Fluent in English & Bahasa (verbal and written communication)
