Job description

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of the North America P&G Professional (PGP) organization. The role of the PGP Field Sales Administrator is to provide administrative support for PGP Field Sales, customer contract ownership and coordination; InTouch support; support for ordering samples through company systems. This individual works closely with our field to enable the team to perform at their peak.

Responsibilities:

This individual is a key contact who provides administrative support for our PGP Field Sales organization, and will own customer contracts and coordination. In addition, this individual will support the field with samples request via internal company systems, coordinate all company car requests and be the resource for getting new hire set up on company systems. Lastly, adhoc project support will be needed on occasion.

Execute with Excellence - This role is responsible for customer contracts and coordination. Attention to detail and executing with excellence is critical, so that our contracts are accurate, and our customer's needs and expectations are met.

Collaboration/Communication Skills - Foster a supportive team culture with a positive attitude and open, honest communication. Collaborative interaction required with various key stakeholders and at various levels within the organization, e.g., field sales team, customers, etc.

Bring Out Our Best - This role interacts with multiple stakeholders so ability to prioritize among competing demands is a necessary skill. Strong priority-setting skills and ability to manage expectations with business partners across various levels of management.

Adaptability/Flexibility - Priorities will vary weekly based on business needs. Requires adaptability to changing business environment. Flexibility of work needed to meet needs of the business.

Problem Solving - Analytical thinking and problem solving needed to help team achieve objectives. Trouble-shooting required to help team navigate through unexpected obstacles. Develop expertise to anticipate future issues and offer solutions to avoid common pitfalls.

Desired profile

Successful candidate should have proven advanced skills in Microsoft Office (i.e., Excel; Word, Powerpoint, Outlook); and they should also possess the ability to learn technology quickly and apply learnings to improve existing applications and work processes. Helpful to have experience in technologies such as Salesforce and Sharepoint. Must have strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities at once.

Candidates must have a High School diploma or GED or equivalent education.
