1.1. Build Experienced / Skilled Hiring Systems, Structures and Capabilities in Europe

o Work with Europe TA Leader to Set-up Europe Recruiting Process Outsourcing (RPO)Structure

§Lead the work to implement the RPO (European pilot and global project) into Europe TA work

§Work with selected RPO to design processes, workflows & implement them

§Work with Europe TA Leader and Global TA for design the future of Experienced Hiring based on learnings

o Lead the RPO Work Once Settled

§Be Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for Local TA (or Business Units) to align on RPO deliverables for the fiscal year (# of roles, profiles etc.)

§Supervise RPO work to ensure delivery of KPIs (incl. participating in RPO calls with Hiring Managers / Local TA, monthly review of the RPO progress, scorecards etc.)

§Partner with RPO to continuously align on key objectives, improve processes

o Build Capabilities in Europe TA Network

§Train Local TA Team via formal and informal connects on Experienced Hiring skills (i.e. develop an Experienced Hiring Certification etc.)

§Connect with Europe Employee Relations / Labor Relations and Compensation & Benefits to define practices of existing guidelines (or improve them)

o Be Part of Global On-Demand Team

§Be Europe SPOC for the Global On Demand Team to further build & drive Experienced Hiring Work

2.2. Deliver Headhunting Work on Selected Roles

o Work with Europe TA Leader to align on key business needs (market, profile, BU etc.)

§Continuously connect with Local TA / Business Unit (as aligned) to understand the needs

o Proactively (and Reactively) Create & Nurture Talent Pools (Sourcing)

§Map key markets for sourcing using data analyses based on current and future business needs

§Create active talent pools for current and future talent needs

§Use Talent Brew (CRM) to keep the pools live

o Conclude Recruitment for Key Roles

§Connect with Hiring Managers / Local TA to align on talent profile

§Execute search using available tools (i.e. LinkedIn) and networks to identify talents to identify talent

§Engage with candidates as per business need (immediate hiring and / or prospecting)

§ Conclude hiring with collaboration with Hiring Manager, Local TS and Candidate Management Center

Qualifications

1.Min 3-5 years of recruiter experience

2.Ideally ‘in-house’ recruiter experience in a big multinational company

3.Excellent command in English + 2 nd / 3 rd major European languages is a big plus

4.Market Understanding:

a.Preferred Markets in Priority Order 1. UK 2. RUS 3. POL 4. GER

b.Preferred Industries: FMCG (or similar) – ideal if has IT recruitment experience

5.Will execute sourcing and recruitment for headhunting

6.Can work with & manage 3 rd parties (i.e. RPOs)

7.Operates with discipline to coordinate work across Europe with multiple stakeholders & deliver on commitments

8.Excellent communicator to collaborate and manage through complex stakeholders

9.Can work with a remote team

10.Can occasionally travel (once every 2 months)
