Order Management Analyst - Customer Service

Description

The Order Management Analyst is focused onprocessing and releasing quality orders to our retail customers for shipment.The Order Management Analyst works with customers related to product orderingand product delivery and is the first point of contact for our customers. Thisis a dynamic role with daily interaction with other P&G Supply Chaindepartments, transportation companies and customers. The Order Management Analystis an important contributor on the Customer Service team and a key memberensuring customer satisfaction.

We arecurrently looking for Order Management (OM) Analysts to join our CustomerService Operations team at our Toronto office, beginning January 2021.Please note these will be a full-time,12-month contract positions .

The Order Management(OM) Analyst will:

·Releaseorders on time to meet customer requested delivery dates.

·Respond tocustomer calls and enquiries regarding order status in a timely manner

·Troubleshootproblems with orders and resolve issues to meet customer requirements

·Participatein work processes that enable simplification, standardization and control ofour order management system.
