As a Trade Market manager you will be able to develop the regional commercial strategy for the Oral Care category (OC) in Latin-American. Also, to influence the Category Vision to drive category sales and a win – win proposition for the company and its commercial partners.
You will develop the commercial plans to win in Oral Care in every market in Latin-American. You will work collaboratively with the P&G teams in all markets to understand the customer needs and propose creative solutions to boost our win-win relationships.
You will be accountable for the following X focus areas:
End to end Design and & Execution of Oral Care commercial plans:
Provide category vision with detailed growth strategy (the what and how) that results in profitable growth for P&G and the category.
Uses the annual brand plans to define annual sales plans and initiatives for the assigned countries.
Defines the investment strategy (promotional guidelines) for all the channels and customers of the assigned countries.
Shopper Based Design and execution:
Create the instore vision for OC based on what our shopper needs.
Bring to life in the stores our instore vision and category vision by working with the countries and customer teams.
Go to Market (GTM) Innovation:
Responsible for delivering our sales fundamentals (i.e.: distribution, share of shelf, share of displays) by influencing the right GTM in every channel.
Responsible for influencing the trade terms investment in the markets.

Qualifications required for this role:
· At least 2 years of experience in the Oral Care category (Toothpastes, toothbrushes, rinses, flosses) or Pharmaceutic Industries. Preferred 2 - 3 years’ experience as Sales Representative and/or Trade Marketing Category Manager in the Consumer Goods Industry is required
· Shown previous experience working in a multifunctional team (Finance/Logistics/Marketing).
· Communication/Selling/Negotiation skills.
· Proficiency in English (written and spoken) and Strong communication skills. Excellent forward-thinking, strategic and strong leadership skills and strengths in analytical thinking
· Strong thinking/problem-solving skills which can be applied to business processes with a "can-do" attitude
· Excel Intermediate – Advance and Microsoft Office tools Intermediate – Advanced Microsoft Teams & Webex
