YOUR ROLE
You will play a pivotal role in shaping the strategic direction of our research work and driving the development of innovative processes and technologies. With a focus on Power Oral Care, specifically electrical toothbrushes, you will lead the process development efforts from conceptualization to market rollout.
Responsibilities include:

Initiating, leading, and performing hands-on technology/capability/method development.
·
Directing the process technical work of others and leading cross-Job Family teams as needed.
·
Leading process development from Modeling & Simulation (M&S) to qualification of integrated production line processes for market rollout.
·
Analyzing product and process ideas for feasibility and process development scope.
·
Developing required M&S and process development test plans.
·
Generating and documenting process data to support implementation decisions.
Job Qualifications
YOUR PROFILE
·
Strong technical mastery in processes and/or material development, ideally in Oral Care and/or assembled products businesses (MOPD/MOMD).
·
Experience with Modeling & Simulation and Design of Experiments.
·
Proven ability to deliver against CQV criteria.
·
Educational background in chemical or mechanical engineering, or a relevant technical field.
·
Strong personal leadership and communication skills to align and focus global teams.
·
Ability to lead shifts during process development and line integration phases.
·
Strong problem-solving skills and creativity for implementing process innovations.
·
Excellent oral and written communication skills for efficient documentation and sharing of information.
·
Technical and team leadership experience in Oral Care Brushing.
·
Collaboration skills with global R&D resources.
This role has significant travel needs (50% of the time, temporarily up to 80% for development activities).
