Working behind the scenes in our manufacturing plants, Plant Technicians are vital to the success of our business at P&G. We do various types of work, including running high-speed converting and packing equipment, controlling the process from a computer terminal, and performing preventive maintenance on equipment.

Daily Operations Task

·  Complete daily shift operating tasks based on area assigned by Shift Team Leader

·  Adhere safety, quality, GMP, Halal and stewardship standards to run daily operations

·  Maintain equipment at base condition

Continuous Improvement Project

·  Student will be assigned to 3 - 5 continuous improvement project

·  Learn to use P&G Continuous improvement tools & project management (Planning & execution)

Job Qualifications

·  Current Diploma Year 2/3 student in Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or relevant studies

·  Good Analytical & Problem Solving skills

·  Good Collaboration to work with people from diverse backgrounds

·  Good Communication skills in English verbally and in writing

·  Willing to work in Tuas area (transport provided at various locations)

·  Willing to work on 9-hr rotating shifts (morning & afternoon shifts)
