Job description

As an Operations Manager you will be responsible for managing the overall Data and Technical aspects of the operations and will be responsible for the effective and successful management of service quality, cost, and other performance measures as established and set for the Operations Department. The experienced Operations Manager will ensure efficient operations with user-centric approach. You will become a communication leader for critical outages with the business partners and focus on continuous improvement of the operational procedures, processes, and principles in the areas of service management, vendor management, work efficiency, management reporting and systems.

Responsibilities:

· 
Defining and managing quality of service

· 
Resolving incidents and handling user communication during outages

· 
Effective collaboration with other operations, engineering groups and vendors to deliver on targets

· 
Reporting health checks and results to the management and business stakeholders

· 
Governing vendors and managing the budget of the operations in collaboration with the director.

Job Qualifications

· 
Experience with Business Warehouse driven ETL in a corporate, IT, data related roles

· 
Understanding of BW process chains, ABAP and SQL

· 
Understanding of data replication and integration principles (ADF/SLT)

· 
SAP ECC, S/4 HANA, Azure experience is a plus

Nice to have:

· 
Experience in Service Integration and Management

· 
Experience in using Azure DevOps or Jira or other relevant tools

· 
Experience with any visualization software (Power BI preferred)

· 
Technical development hands-on experience

· 
Project Management skills.
