Procter & Gamble has an organization located in Fayetteville, AR fully dedicated to managing our Global Walmart Business. The organization, known internally to P&G as the Walmart Global Customer Team (WGCT), is responsible for

more than $12 Billion dollars of business every year. Walmart is P&G’s largest global customer as well as our largest US customer. P&G is Walmart’s largest supplier.

The ideal candidate will have the following competencies, skills and experiences:

· Project management and initiative planning

· Developing business/category knowledge

· Data analysis, data interpretation

· Supply Chain knowledge and understanding is a plus

· Prior experience with Walmart applications, such as Retail Link, inventory management, order management, transportation, data analysis and sales is preferred.

You may also be expected to become an expert in competitive retailers, competitive brands, the consumer, internal initiative planning, and over time, in pricing.

Occasional overtime or travel may be required. Most positions require weekend coverage – 4-6 times a year.

The ideal candidate must be a problem-solver, have the ability to identify process improvements, have the ability to analyze data and learn new skills when taking on new responsibilities.

Qualifications

Candidates must have a High School diploma or GED or equivalent education. MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint experience is required. Intermediate level MS skills are preferred.

Candidates must have excellent problem solving skills, capable of managing multiple priorities and projects, good oral and written communication skills and strong interpersonal skills. Strong word processing and problem solving skills, exceptional attention to detail, thoroughness and follow-up, strong organizational skills; must be able to set priorities and work independently.

Requires individuals that can manage a demanding work load, and balance self-managed task/projects along with management support needs.
