Job Description:

Responsible for ensuring and sustaining the operational safety, product quality and records accuracy for the department. Responsible for deploying and maintaining standards and owns the daily direction setting process and the Run to Target Process for operating department. Responsible for building the capability of the organization and for fostering a healthy team culture. Leads the organization of the technologies under its responsibility to ensure production results are following P&G Systems, with the aim of eliminating losses and defects which prevent or disrupt line leaders from delivering their results.

Job Qualifications

· 
Have a BS/MS degree in engineering. We prefer Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Chemical Engineering, though we may also consider other engineering degrees.

· 
Have 3-5 Years of Manufacturing Experience

· 
Are willing to travel on the job on occasion.

· 
Are willing to relocate during your career.

Leadership skills 

· 
5E skills in manufacturing operations (Envision, Engage, Energize, Enable, Execute) 

· 
Collaboration and communication skills within department and externally 

· 
Ability to  build capability through coaching and problem solving 

· 
Ability to manage performance through feedback and conflict management 

· 
Demonstrates principle-based decision making
