The North America iTrade Operations Transportation Planner – Air Freight responsibility is to ensure orders for export finished product & Raw Pack Material & Intermediates for Inter-site and Customer shipments are planned and executed according to outlined processes.

This includes, but is not limited to:

·  Execute Air Freight Quote and Approval Process, ensure all steps are completed as necessary.
·  Plan orders received by Order Management (Optimization/Delivery Creation)
·  Identify and resolve un-routable shipments in a timely manner and escalate as needed
·  Work closely with requesting organization, Order Management and Air Freight supplier to ensure pick-ups are scheduled and executed timely.
·  Process any necessary documentation to comply to international requirements.
·  Develop, implement and tracking Key Performance Indicators (Scorecard)
·  Track trends and patterns, providing root cause as necessary across Business Units & Sites
·  Lead overall supplier governances
·  Lead Hyper Care process as necessary to review and implement any structural changes as needed.
·  Track and Trace and Carrier Follow up
·  Provide tracking and visibility to inbound Air Freight, identifying trends and patterns as well as any potential risks.
·  Support ongoing Atlas maintenance, including Incoterms, Invalid Ratings, equipment & Silent legs to ensure data is flowing as intended.
·  Work with Atlas Business Process Expert and I-Trade Key User to investigate issues and implement structural solutions.

In addition, the NA iTrade Transportation Planner – Air Freight will also help identify and implement work process improvements that will; streamline planning work processes, drive productivity and help reduce overall Air Freight Transportation costs.

Core Responsibilities:

Shipment Planning

·  Execute work process in SAP and TMS to ensure all Air Freight orders are planned according to outlined processes and validated to completion.
·  Interface with carriers and sites as needed to ensure loads are planned and scheduled as needed
·  Interface with Order Management (RPMI & FERT) to ensure clean handoff and any issues resolved.
·  Provide necessary paperwork (CI, VGM, Atlas/DOMO reports) as scheduled or requested
·  Support end user requests that come into the team(s) share email accounts.
·  Track & Trace as needed.
·  Execute Lane Management request as needed, ensuring proper approvals are in place.

Other

·  Develop and implement work process improvements to drive productivity and efficiencies.
·  Maintain base level of Transportation qualification and ongoing learning.
·  Other projects as necessary

Job Qualifications

Education:

·  Have a minimum of a high school diploma, GED or equivalent education, however, a two or four-year college degree or equivalent administrative experience is preferred.

Requirements (Skills / Experience) for the role:

·  Microsoft Office
·  Technically Savvy
·  Transportation background a plus

Starting Pay / Salary Range: $64,000-$88,700

Compensation for roles at P&G varies depending on a wide array of non-discriminatory factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, degree/credentials, relevant skill set, and level of relevant experience.
