The NA Fabric Care Senior Brand Manager is responsible for owning end to end Brand Strategies, Plans and Executions. They own the initiative master plan, develop strategies required to deliver brand growth. They own the Integrated Brand Plan and its execution, own the P&L investment decisions to maximize profitability, and ensure plans are designed to win with key customers / channels.
Job Qualifications
· Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.
· Experienced leading cross-functional teams and collaborating with various stakeholders.
· Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills to develop effective brand strategies.
· Ability to create and execute comprehensive brand plans that drive growth and profitability.
· Proficiency in financial analysis and budget management to make P&L investment decisions.
· Excellent project management skills to own and oversee the initiative master plan and integrated brand plan.
· Deep understanding of market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape to inform brand strategies.
· Strong communication and presentation skills to effectively communicate brand plans and objectives.
· Proactive and innovative mindset to identify opportunities and drive continuous improvement in brand strategies and executions.
· Exceptional problem-solving abilities to overcome challenges in a dynamic market environment.
· Knowledge of marketing analytics and tools to measure and optimize brand performance.
· Adaptability and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
