P&G Chemicals (PGC) is a $1 Billion global BU which provides competitive advantage to P&G businesses across the world. This role is also part of a global MS&P team which optimizes the global PGC supply network, sales, and P&L. The position interacts internally with all functions (F&A, Sales, PS-SNO, PS&RA, QA etc) and externally with marketing agencies, suppliers and customers.
This is a category leadership role with responsibilities covering multiple facets:
· Ownership of the P&L account for the category for P&G Chemicals Eurasia,
· Ownership of defining target markets, segments, and the go-to-market sales strategies,
· Ownership of product branding strategy and marketing activities,
· Execution in close collaboration with Sales,
· Sales price setting and deployment to Sales and overall project P&L management
· Stewardship: Ensuring our operations are conducted in line with our internal controls, quality, regulatory and legal requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
· Delivers the Firm Forecast Category Profit. The MS&P Account Executive prepares, in a multifunctional environment, the Firm forecast, monthly price forecast and preparation of the Risk/Opportunities/Choices (ROC) list for the Category
· Leads development and execution of PGC Eurasia business strategy for the Category. The strategy is designed to meet or exceed the profit forecast for that Category.
· Leads the Category Business Team (CBT). The MS&P Account Executive leads the multi-functional Category Business Team
· Comply with Corporate Stewardship policies
Desired profile
Qualifications :
· Candidates with 3 – 5 years of experience in product category P/L and/or Procurement
· Minimum bachelor degree required. Technical subjects such as chemistry, biology, engineering, physics, etc. are preferred, but not mandatory.
· Ability to communicate in English within the business environment.
· Strong skills in leadership and communication.
· Ability to set priorities and follow through on commitments.
· Ability to work effectively with diverse groups of people and demonstrate creativity, innovation and initiative.
· Interest and commitment to develop a sales career while building lasting relationships with customers and deepening expertise on oleochemicals.
