Overview of the job

You will provide expert medical/ scientific strategic leadership enabling the delivery of functional and commercial goals critical to the Indonesia Personal Healthcare business. Using your technical expertise, clinical insight and an eye for business, you will need to be an excellent communicator, capable of influencing internal and external partners alike.

Your team

 You will be part of the global Medical & Technical Affairs (M&TA) function within P&G's world class-leading Research & Development organization. You will report to the Senior Manager of M&TA for Indonesia.

What success looks like

· 
Effectively lead Medical-Scientific programs for Personal Healthcare (PHCI) brands relevant to the Indonesia portfolio

· 
Recognised for building brand equity through driving scientific credibility with key external partners

· 
Full compliance with Ethical and Medical scientific policies/ standards through successful implementation of medical governance framework and systems

Responsibilities of the role

· 
Support the development and implement of medical strategy in alignment with the organization’ vision and current as well as long-term objectives.

· 
Ensure medical deliverables are met for all activities and programs implemented in accordance with the organization strategy.

· 
Provide medical oversight, input and support to commercial strategy, brand plans and related executions.

· 
Contribute to the development of marketing and sales materials

· 
Provision of scientific trainings.

· 
Review and approval of content intended for promotional and non-promotional application

· 
Liaise with cross functional team to ensure effective & harmonious delivery of medico-marketing priorities.

· 
Represent the company in external stake holder meetings like regulatory health bodies.

· 
Work with cross functional team, establish and maintain professional and credible relationship key opinion leaders/ external experts and medical associations.

· 
Significant contribution to the digital strategy

· 
Help embed medical governance and help ensure organisational compliance, ethics, and adherence to relevant policies.

· 
Contribute to data scientific generation and claims innovation.

Job Qualifications

·  M.D, M Pharm
·  Minimum 2-3 years in experience
·  Good communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
·  Collaborative, team player, able to develop and support relationships across the organization as well as with the healthcare community, medical associations, HCP’s
