Medical Detailing District Sales Manager
Managerial full-time position
Start date: As soon as possible.
Location: León, Guanajuato
Work schedule: full-time position.
Profile: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Chemistry, Biology.
Qualifications: 2 to 3 years of proven experience as a District Manager in the Pharmaceutical Industry.

About the role:
As a Medical Detailing District Sales Manager, you will have between 9 or 11 medical sales reps in charge. You will be responsible for the district good performance based on Sell-Out and prescription share evolution and develop medical strategy plans according to the business needs to ensure coverage of monthly and annual targets in terms of sales, prescriptions, market share, profit, demand and long term growth plans. As well, the accurate investment of both, marketing resources and professional skills of each of the team members.
Scope of the job:
• Ensure the accurate implementation of sales and marketing strategies, through their medical detailing sales representatives.
• Guide, mentor and supervise the correct execution of the sales call model and sales programs with Health Care Professional´s, to ensure that they are carried out as planned in the field. Efficient Product knowledge is needed for this responsibility.
• Guarantee that your staff effectively adopts and implements the concepts and information received in all training programs, to ensure the achievement of sales profitability and market share objectives, based on solid portfolio knowledge.
• Ensure and instruct the preparation of business review to each team member, as well as management of statistical reports, maintenance and updating of relevant information on the implementation of their activities.
• Keep update sales processes, tools and support materials, which facilitate the work of selling your Medical Sales Representatives.
• Regularly visit highly potential physicians in each district in order to professionally supervise their needs.
• Develop strong district business plans based on audit analysis with strategical actions for each territory, identifying the opportunity areas and specific needs.

• Creativity, innovation, initiative, follow-through, good communication skills, and priority-setting.
• Travel availability 2 to 3 days per week inside the Mexican Republic according to assigned region.
