In our Manufacturing departments we produce consumer goods to supply our customers with high-quality product, timely and at a low cost. Your Role in Manufacturing:

In this traineeship, you will have the opportunity to be on the production floor meeting different challenges. It's up to you to make decisions and follow through with the results of those decisions. You will discover our leading technologies which are world-renowned. You will also learn the P&G standards and methods. In the end, you will build your own capabilities through the job experience, mentoring and training.

In this role, you will:

·  make the study and analysis of performance loss (equipment, organization, skills)
·  ensure the communication between different departments (logistics, packing, projects etc.)
·  craft learning programs for operators and team leaders to help them to develop their skills
·  establish systematization tools, simplify process and standardize work

Job Qualifications

WE ARE LOOKING FOR BACHELOR'S/MASTER'S STUDENTS WHO:

·  are at least 3rd year students (engineering school/ universities of technology)
·  have interest in technology and positive attitude towards challenges and change
·  operate with subject area and show ability to collaborate effectively with others
·  express ability to learn, analyze situations and find solutions
·  go with the spirit of innovation, with the attitude of problem solving and reapplying success
·  demonstrate very good English and Polish skills

The duration of our traineeship is 12 months with possibility to stay longer with us! We expect your availability at 60% or 80% or 100%.
