Your role:

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Line Manager to join our team. As a Line Manager, you will play a crucial role in leading and managing a team of more than 10 individuals, ensuring their professional growth, and driving the achievement of departmental and organizational goals.

Responsibilities:

Lead, mentor, and develop a team of more than 10 professionals by providing guidance, support, and feedback to promote their professional growth and maximize their potential.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and alignment of goals, projects, and initiatives.

Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing regular performance feedback, conducting performance reviews and addressing any performance-related issues.

Develop and implement strategies to optimize team efficiency, productivity, and overall performance, while maintaining a positive work environment.

Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to drive innovation and continuous improvement within the team.

Collaborate with senior management to develop and execute departmental strategies that align with the company's overall objectives.

Job Qualifications

· 
Complete degree in Industrial, Production, Mechanical and similar Engineer

· 
Creativity, innovation & initiative

· 
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members

· 
Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performing teams

· 
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities

· 
Knowledge in Excel, Power Bi & Python preferably

· 
Intermediate/advanced English skill

· 
As it is a F2F position, you need to live close to the job location or be willing to move
