LA Facilities Engineer Manager
Managerial full-time position
Start date : as soon as possible.
Location: INTERLOMAS
Work schedule : full-time with flexible working hours
Profile : Recently graduated from Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or maximum 2 year confirmed experience in any of the areas. Proficient in Microsoft Office Package.
Purpose:
In this role your will have technical responsibility for the coordination and execution of specific project activities, varying from Product Technologies to Engineering Core Competencies. Acts as a key enabler in leading and delivering successful initiatives applying technical leadership skills. Integrates science, technology, engineering, and capability to deliver improved processes, equipment, and systems.
As LA Facilities Engineer Manager you will:

Be owner of electrical and power technologies for LA Distribution Centers (DC’s). Build capability of Electrical Safety Owners (ESO).
·
Ensure the compliance of the Key Elements thru audits and coordination of findings resolution.
·
Provide the technical support to the DC’s including expansion projects during feasibility, design, and construction phases.
·
Develop strategic suppliers and implementation of new technology.
·
Be able to manage projects from feasibility to start up phases.

Job Qualifications
·
Live in CDMX or able to work in Interloma's General Offices
·
Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or maximum 2 year confirmed experience in any of the areas, is desirable.
·
Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
·
Strong communication skills with suppliers and customer orientation.
·
Travel Availability: Sometimes, it is needed to work directly in our Distribution Center
·
Team orientation, “can-do “attitude and ability to deliver breakthrough results.
·
Operate with technical excellence while collaborating effectively with others.
·
Ownership & Accountability – High level of capability for independent work, Self Starter (be able to handle onboarding quickly).
·
Demonstrated leadership skills with a desire to challenge the established way of doing things through continual improvement and innovation, delighting our consumers.
·
Strong interest in electrical and power equipment technical knowledge.
