Junior Payroll Specialist (m/f/x)

We are looking for a Payroll Specialist to join our outstanding HR team in Geneva. This role will handle data with utmost confidentiality and cultivate a positive work environment characterized by trust, inclusiveness, collaboration and excellence.

With us you will :

· 
Collaborate with internal and external partners and authorities

· 
Execute payroll operation support tasks in Switzerland

· 
Execute SAP reports as needed

· 
Support Tax/AVS audits

· 
Support Swiss year end reporting

· 
Answer employee questions, especially when these require a deeper understanding of Swiss tax/AVS and Swiss Benefits

· 
Basic project management

Job Qualifications

· 
Knowledge of Swiss payroll/tax/social security regulations is an advantage

· 
Proficiency in English and French , knowledge of basic German is helpful

· 
Excel Proficiency

· 
Passionate about reporting and analysis of numbers

· 
Good communication skills

· 
Trusted team member who strives for excellence

· 
Attention to details

· 
Continuous improvement mindset

· 
Knowledge of SAP is a plus
