Work schedule:  full time with flexible working hours

Job Qualifications

With us you will:

· 
Co-lead our business at one of our main customers (retailers) - being an owner of your own business (categories) and having day-to-day contacts with your customers

· 
Have an opportunity to negotiate the contract between customer and P&G

· 
Develop Customer’s Business Plans and objectives

· 
Lead specific categories (5/6 categories) and use trade funds to achieve sustainable volume growth

· 
Leverage Customer’s specifics knowledge for reliable input to P&G initiative planning.

· 
Manage all details related to the day-to-day business (i.e. prepare files and necessity data for new contract, volume forecasting, product cards, EAN codes, customer reports, administration, budgets tracking etc.)

· 
Build collaborative business relationship with internal and external partner

· 
Have an opportunity to learn and grow in the company through internal P&G training (ex. NEGO trainings, Presentation Skills etc.)

Apply if you have:

· 
Experience in Sales department (up to 2 years) or Sales Traineeship in other FMCG companies

· 
Experience in negotiating, understanding negotiating techniques in sales

· 
Ability to create value, find customer insights and execute

· 
Ability to work under pressure and stress

· 
Excellent analytical thinking and communication skills, together with ability to influence others

· 
Very good self-organizational skills and ability to deliver work on time

· 
Valid driver's license (active driver)

· 
Bachelor’s degree

· 
Fluency in English and Polish language (written and spoken)
