Your Mission:

You will be offered a position in our Human Resources Team, but you will work also with colleagues from the other functions in the organization to implement and administrate Payroll and other HR processes, using the HR systems, procedures and policies in place.

These are some examples of meaningful missions that you could lead:

·  You will act as an invaluable team resource in the HR team and at the heart of our diverse and dynamic Belgrade office with more than 60 employees
·  You will lead ΗR processes related to payroll, benefits administration and replying to employee queries in your area of responsibility.
·  You will work very closely with local facilities to ensure we make a difference for our employees in our fantastic Belgrade Office
·  You will capture data and be responsible for HR reporting, leading to HR recommendations and solutions;
·  You will lead engagement and recruiting activities in cooperation with the local business team

Job Qualifications

Qualifications

·  BA, Bachelor recent graduates (HR field would be considered a plus);
·  Excellent speaking and written command of the English language on top of Serbian;
·  Evidence of passion, leadership and achievements in academic and/or non-academic activities
·  Excellent communication and social skills
