As part of Marketing Team:
· Responsible for the management of P&G Rx Health Brands (medical prescription), across the region of Central America & The Caribbean.
· Development of strategic and operational plans, leading execution and measuring results to achieve sales & share objectives that give to the Company’s overall performance objectives.
· Develop and implement yearly strategic brand plans, aligned with regional designs and strategies.
· Planning and follow up of yearly and monthly Marketing budget execution.
· Lead all aspects of demand generation, including Healthcare Professional and Direct to the Consumer support plan.
· Lead Digital innovations aligned with Medical Affairs, Medical Detailing, Sales, Regulatory Affairs, Trade Marketing and other key players within the Company.
· Ensure accurate execution of Medical Support Plan, including Medical detailing material, samples, printed material, Continued Medical Education and other tactical activities directed to Doctors.
· Responsible for the Direct to the Consumer Media Plan design and implementation, including promotional material, samples, Promotional Product for Point of Sale Material, TV & Digital communication and other tactical activities directed to Final Consumer.
· Lead all aspects & ensure success of point of sale plan, including pharmaceutical training and point of sale material aligned with trade marketing team.
· Monthly sales and targets analysis to ensure success of operational plans and tactical intervention if needed.
· Collaborate and give with global & regional development teams to bring new products and initiatives to the market.
· Lead and take full ownership of demand and Product Supply process to ensure an adequate demand projection, product availability and healthy inventory measurements.
· Close collaboration with key partners (internal & external) of the Company to ensure a flawless strategy execution, problem solving and course correction.

Qualifications
Qualifications
· Up to 3 years of Pharma Marketing Experience.
· Consumer & Media campaign implementation is a plus.
· Digital Marketing or Social Medial management.
· Advanced English knowledge.
· Experience in planning and implementation of products launch is a plus
· Analytical Expertise, good with numbers.
· Negotiation & Engagement.
· Self-management.
· You love solving and analyzing problems to build creative solutions.
· You know how to set priorities and deliver what you commit to.
· You love working in a multicultural and diverse environment.
