As a member of Talent Acquisition, you will have an integral role in the attracting, recruiting, and hiring of Information Technology (IT) professionals. You will enable the growth and advancement of Information Technology in our businesses through hiring the best talent for our company!

The Opportunity

We are currently seeking an experienced IT Recruiter that will significantly contribute to the overall success of the North America Talent Acquisition team. You will do so by delivering a high level of customer service, outcome-focused support, and project coordination throughout the talent acquisition lifecycle. In this newly created role, you will report to the North America Talent Acquisition HR Director and will deliver recruiting strategies that enable P&G to select the best technical talent while providing an exceptional candidate experience. In addition, this individual will partner closely with hiring managers and HR partners to build targeted sourcing plans. You will help strengthen our external job descriptions and employer brand through tailored communications and digital media plans.

As an IT Recruiter, the ideal candidate will possess the ability to:

·  Partner with hiring managers and HR business partners to assess hiring needs, develop selection criteria, co-create recruitment strategies, and lead the end to end full-cycle recruitment process
·  Lead the kickoff/intake meeting with hiring managers to understand the scope of work and discuss and clarify the role requirements based on the business need and market availability
·  Understanding the multiple areas within IT (data analytics, software engineering, network and infrastructure, network engineering, cyber security, IT operations, etc.) to effectively source, screen, and vet potential candidates and present to hiring managers for consideration
·  Develop a keep warm pool of qualified technical candidates in advance of the need by networking through industry contacts, associations, trade groups, social media, job boards and referrals. Screen potential candidates for current roles while building relationships with passive candidates through talent platforms such as LinkedIn, job boards and professional associations
·  Provide consultation to hiring managers on crafting market competitive job descriptions, developing strategic pre-screen questions, and developing competitive offer recommendations using market salary data and candidate salary expectations
·  Stay informed of industry trends, competitive employment landscape, market intelligence, digital media, and innovative recruiting techniques to compete in a competitive employment market

·  Maintain accurate and timely documentation on all candidates, roles, hiring manager interactions, and other recruiting activities to ensure an effective and efficient process

·  Leverage your exceptional interpersonal and communication skills across various levels of leadership and thrive in a collaborative, rapidly changing, and dynamic work environment
·  Use your strong communication skills to convey and extract information to/from key partners in a way that is clear, concise, customer service oriented and outcome focused
·  Identify solutions to maximize your own productivity and continually seek opportunities to strengthen your skills and expand your breadth of technical recruiting expertise

Qualifications

Required

·  A minimum of a bachelor’s degree
·  3+ years demonstrated experience as a technical recruiter in a talent acquisition organization or a recruiting agency
·  Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and other recruiting tools (ex: LinkedIn Recruiter, Workday, Taleo, Talent Neuron, etc.)
·  Currently reside in Cincinnati, OH or have the ability to relocate to Cincinnati at your own cost

·  Ability to establish relationships and communicate successfully in a highly matrixed environment across a variety of partners, both internal and external
·  Strong problem solving, priority setting, critical thinking and organization skills with the ability to proactively identify and troubleshoot issues and challenges

Preferred

·  Personal network established with IT/Technical contacts to use as referrals or possible applicants
·  Project Management experience
