IT Operations Engineer

Job description
Supports daily hands-on operational excellence for the assigned Products, with in-source setup. Complete success and process measures according to SLI, SLO, SLA. Performs changes and upgrades to existing products and ensuring regular maintenance. Works with the Product Team members to plan what user stories will be included in each sprint.
Job Qualifications
·
Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Information Technology (IT), Computer Science, Engineering.
·
English B2+
·
2+ years of experience in Software Development. This includes frameworks and concepts for application development (DevOps: Agile/Scrum, Product Management, CI/CD; API; micro-services).
·
Must understand Service Management concept (ITIL), specifically on Service Level Management, Release, Event, Incident, Problem, Capacity and Performance Management practices.
·
Willingness to learn how to reduce toil such as Value Stream Mapping, Lean Six Sigma &
·
Willingness to learn concepts such as TDD Test Driven Development, Fuzzing, SRE Site Reliability Engineering, Chaos Engineering.
Technical qualifications
·
Technical knowledge in CI/CD: Build, Test, Deploy, Operate, Monitor phases.
·
Willingness to learn (and can demonstrate later) containers, functions/server less computing.
·
Must have analytical skills to mine operational data and assess what impacts operational important metrics.
