IT Developer



Time & Workforce Management (TWFM), creates a new global digital solution to P&G to manage time and attendance tracking and workforce planning (record in/out time, overtime, shift planning, time-off, absences, etc.).TWFM will bring significant automation and digitization and will eliminate process defects while still increasing our compliance. TWFM leverages an industry leading Software as a Service (SaaS) capability.

Business Purpose:

As Time & Workforce Management Developer you will have the opportunity to certify on the Time & Workforce Management Platform (Workforce Software) in order to deliver the on-going change management of this new global solution for Europe. You will receive the basic certification for all the solution, but you will also become the Regional expert on one of the 3 modules: Time & Attendance, Schedule or Analytics.

Important Responsibilities

· 
Mastery on one of the 3 Workforce Software Modules

· 
Partner with the global service team during Software Upgrades

· 
Partner with our customers (HR) to understand their business needs

· 
Partner with our vendor (Workforce software) to leverage best in class / industry recommendations

· 
Execution of service request and development driven by change management (applying new Union Laws, new Policies, new Country Rules)

Qualifications

Qualification:

- Background in software development. Position will require dailyhands on development

- The candidate should have strong technical skills and the desire toacquire new ones. JavaScript is required, and Workforce Software Certificationwill be provided so passion for learning and programming is a must! SQL andCrystal Reporting is desirable.

- Strong communications skills and user understanding – the candidateshould be able to interact with end-users to understand their requirements,support them during testing and defect resolution as well as to developfront-end reports for the best user experience.

- Problem Solving – Identify and resolve problems in a timely mannerby collecting and analysing information, making or requesting technicaldecisions to achieve expected user results.

- Teamwork – much of the work requires technical knowledge and multipletouch points outside of the immediate service area. As such, the ability tojoin efforts with co-workers and business partners is vital.

- Execute with excellence, operate with discipline! Being assignedprocesses that would require from few hrs to 2-3 weeks to be produced requiresthe candidate to self-organize the delivery of the owned task and report to therequestor (Project Manager or Reporting factory leader) the status update andrequests for help.
