This is a unique opportunity for an Initiative Set Up Specialist to join the next Billion Dollar Brand ( www.nativecos.com ) acquired in 2017. Preferred location is Cincinnati.

Responsibilities:

·  Leads end-to-end initiative master data including but not limited to Digital Sku Base Plan (DSBP) management, artwork approvals and GBP readiness across multiple categories.
·  Expert specs and standard writer to enable Native Go to Market Speed and “Craveable Scents” strategy
·  Leads digital solutions within Native and Beauty
·  Connects to corporate master data networks to stay up to speed with best practices.
·  Facilitates and prioritizes process improvements to drive continuous improvement within Native master data and initiative delivery.

Job Qualifications

Education:

·  Have a minimum of a high school diploma, GED or equivalent education, however, a two or four-year college degree or equivalent administrative experience is preferred.

Requirements (Skills / Experience) for the role:

·  Ability to manage issues and resolution of issues across resources
·  Willingness to work in an entrepreneurial environment that moves at a fast pace
·  Strong collaborator and thought leader
·  Strong verbal and written communication skills
·  Proficient in Microsoft Office

·  Able to work independently
·  Project management experience
·  Familiarity with specs and standards

Starting Pay / Salary Range: $64,000-$88,700

Compensation for roles at P&G varies depending on a wide array of non-discriminatory factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, degree/credentials, relevant skill set, and level of relevant experience. At P&G compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. Total rewards at P&G include salary + bonus (if applicable) + benefits.
