In-house Legal Counsel
Location: Athens, Greece

We are looking for a Legal Counsel to join our Legal Team in Southern East Europe/Greece to play a vital role in helping to build the Company’s business while protecting its assets and assuring its compliance with the myriad of laws and regulations that affect a multinational corporation.

With us you will:
· Assist in planning, conducting legal research and providing advice to departments within the company
· You will be the legal responsible for the preparation of documents, compliant with contract terms and be involved in handling relevant issues, corporate projects and lawsuits in an international environment
· You will be supporting our marketing and sales teams, negotiating contract issues, collaborating and coordinating our partnering with outside law councils, handling issues in advertising clearance and advertising disputes, advising in privacy/GDPR and digital matters, competition law and supporting on all other civil and administrative legal matters.
· Lead complex global disputes which will require practical business judgment, sophisticated communication skills and effective business solutions
· Have an individual training plan, develop personal capability and grow your career within a Global environment
Qualifications
Apply if you have:
· Law degree combined with at least 5 years of Corporate Law experience in Greece
· Validated experience handling corporate law within a recognised law firm or a large international organisation
· Proficiency in English and Greek, both verbal and written
· Have a strong leadership profile and a passion to make a difference
· Strong ability to prioritize multiple projects and challenging priorities
· Adaptability and enjoy working in a friendly encouraging team
