In this role, you will:

·  Strategically align HR efforts to specific business needs​, including new hire onboarding systems, internship programs, employee communications, and digital trends that contribute to the growth and competitiveness of the business.
·  Partner with Product Supply business leaders to drive employee engagement and also achieve business targets.
·  Build culture that value trust, innovation, leadership effectiveness, and workforce productivity.
·  Coach and develop leaders to deliver people management capabilities, provide organizational insights to make the highest quality decisions, and mitigate operational risk and increase business and HR process/ ER compliance.
·  Partner with practices and HR shared services to implement effective, business-oriented solutions that meet specific business.​

Job Qualifications

We are looking for candidates who:

·  0-3 years of experience in HR field
·  Passionate about HR and adaptable to working in a fast-paced plant environment
·  Love working in a multicultural and diverse environment where there is equality & inclusion for all
·  Strong motivation to drive change across organization
·  Have a growth mentality
·  Love solving and analyzing problems to build “third way” solutions
·  Good interpersonal skills to persuade, influence and adapt communication style to different situations and individuals 
·  Willing to relocate to different locations within the United States
·  Must be graduating or have graduated with a Bachelors degree
·  Have a major or concentration in any of these areas – Human Resources, Business, Industrial Labor Relations, Organizational Development or relevant majors

Starting Pay / Salary Range:  $85,000 – $115,000

Compensation for roles at P&G varies depending on a wide array of non-discriminatory factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, degree/credentials, relevant skill set, and level of relevant experience. At P&G compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.
