Professional (PGP) organization is hiring a Human Resources Administrator. Human Resource administrators are vital to the success of a smooth operation of the organization and overall employee experience.  From Day 1, you will be accountable for being responsible for your own projects, working with teams to generate new ideas and implementing changes; as well as, being accountable for results.

As a key member of our Human Resources team, the responsibilities of this role include:

·  Familiar with Human Resources benefits and pay practices to effectively manage life events for all levels.

·  Execute timely, accurate and complete Workday data transactions for individual life and career events.

·  Manage multiple systems:  Workday, time administration, leaves, benefits, policies, disability, Worker Compensation/OSHA logs.

·  Help prevent and resolve pay issues, such as overpayments, underpayments, unemployment, etc.  

·  Employee Data Reporting, Enrollment tracking, & Data Tracking.

·  Data Analysis and Reporting

·  Manage Organization's Car Program

·  Execute Rewards and Recognition

·  Present and lead Onboarding for Field Technician Organization.

·  Best in Class Execution of Human Resource Systems.

Job Qualifications

·  Familiar with HR policies and procedures. Ability to identify and collaborate with a vast array of HR resources.  A proven track record of excellence in responsiveness, quality, and efficiency is required.  
·  Analysis/problem-solving & Systemic Improvement - Individual must be proficient at handling large quantities of data. Experience creating spreadsheets, analyzing data, making recommendations, and leading improvements required. Ability to develop, assess and improve work processes. Strong attention to detail is required. 
·  Execute with Excellence:  Ability to work independently - Individual must be able to manage their own work priorities and complete deliverables with little direct day-to-day supervision. Additionally, many of the systems require regular interaction with Senior Leaders as well as full-time and part-time field-based employees. Individual must feel confident interacting with all PGP employees without assistance. 
·  Technical Mastery:  Proficiency with IT systems/applications, including (but not limited to) SAP/Workday, HR Analytics systems, Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Teamspaces, Intranet, websites. Individual will be responsible for creating documents, training materials and presentations.
·  Collaboration/Culture:  Team Player - This role will participate as active member of the HR team, Culture Team as well as the other networks. Individual must have a history of successfully working effectively in a team environment and clearly contributing to team results. 
·  Ability to maintain high levels of confidentiality and privacy, ensure protection of data, and demonstrate responsible use of data access.  

Starting Pay / Salary Range: $64,000 - $88,700

Compensation for roles at P&G varies depending on a wide array of non-discriminatory factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, degree/credentials, relevant skill set, and level of relevant experience. At P&G compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. Total rewards at P&G include salary + bonus (if applicable) + benefits.
