As a member of our Human Resources team, you will be responsible for creating the context which enables all our people to be at their very best, so that we can achieve and exceed our business objectives. In support of that, you will create systems, strategies and tools that attract, develop, challenge, motivate and reward our people. As a business partner you will use your excellent collaboration, coaching and influencing skills to work with our leaders, enabling them to effectively manage and develop their organizations. In order to be successful in leading projects you will need to act as a HR professional, think creatively and at the same time be results oriented.

In return, we will work with you to plan meaningful assignments and provide both on and off job training to support your development and help you succeed within HR.

Desired profile

We are looking for:

· Top talent with business background (BA / BS, university degree)

· Demonstrated interest in HR and / or other behavioural disciplines

· Evidence of passion and achievements in academic and/or non-academic activities
· Leadership, self-starting capabilities, collaboration, communication, creativity and strategic analysis
· Fluency in German and effective business English
· First work experience would be advantageous

Please note your starting salary will be in the range of 48.000 - 51.000 Euro per annum depending on your experiences / qualifications. In addition, we offer a wide range of other Company benefits.

PLEASE NOTE: Due to P&G's announcement of its intention to divest the Wella and P&G Fine Fragrances businesses to Coty, it is expected that the successful candidate(s) will be employed by the Coty business upon the anticipated closing of the merger of these brands into Coty (expected in 2016).
