As a member of our Austrian HR Team, you support all functions of the country's operations in executive as well as strategic tasks.
You are not only the single point of contact for employees with local or expatriate contracts, but also act as the bridge toward our service partners (e.g. in topics such as payroll, health & safety, and security).
Furthermore, as a part of the DACH HR Team, you are involved in the regional HR work of our international company. You are responsible for the adaptation and realization of international HR strategies and policies for your national organisation (e.g. social benefits) as well as for the development and contribution of your own ideas. You can convince your stakeholders using your proactive attitude, leadership qualities and empathy for your internal customers.
This position allows you to gain deep insights into the processes and structure of our Austrian operations, to maximize your experience in conceptual work. Thereby you will gain a well-founded understanding of Human Resource work at P&G which will facilitate your career at Procter & Gamble.
The base-salary for this position is 63.000 EUR. The final starting salary will include the base-salary plus an adjustment for professional experience and qualifications.
Qualifications
• Professional with a Master or Bachelor degree in business, psychology, or management.
• 4-5 years of experience in the Austrian HR industry, ideally with first experience in Austrian labor law.
• Very good command of the English and German languages.
• Independent and flexible working style.
• Demonstrable ability to communicate with, flexibly adapt to, and convince different conversation partners in diverse situations.
• Personal Strengths: Can-do-attitude, learning ability, leadership, creatively solving complex challenges, prioritization, and responsibility.
• Strong interest for HR topics.
• Preference for a collaborative and diverse work environment.
