Location: Warsaw, Poland

This is a great opportunity to join P&G full time in our HR department. As an HRBP with us in HR, you'll have the responsibility to lead organisations through assessment, design, transition, work process improvements working directly with business leaders and other HR professionals. This is not a typical HR work – you will act as the strategic HR partner to the business leaders of our organisation to deliver truly significant and tangible business results.

All our HR roles provide the chance to further develop your skills, apply them in a professional setting, and have a direct impact on business results. You will be exposed to and deliver leading edge deep understanding in areas such as employee engagement, benefits, compensation, employee and labour relations, recruiting, training and development etc.

With us you will:

·  Coach, support and challenge managers in the application of HR policies and practices through advice on HR issues to minimise risk
·  Advise and support the business in restructuring activities and HR related topics
·  Review and analyse data in order to craft and implement HR practices that meet the specific needs of the business and local regulations
·  Develop and communicate HR metrics and identify where changes in practices and policies are required
·  Manage and deploy creative HR projects and change initiatives
·  Partner with managers on performance management and talent development and provide insights into impact on comp & ben
·  Provide counsel to management in regard to local employment law and legislation changes
·  Analyse data and provide recommendations to improve employee engagement and maintain positive employee relations
·  Lead and develop one person on specialist level
Qualifications

Apply if you have:

·  At least 2 years of experience as HRBP
·  Creative mindset with strong motivation to inspire change across organization and constantly challenge status quo
·  Good social skills and ability to persuade, influence and adapt communication style to different situations and individuals
·  Ability to work across organizations and cultures to get things done
·  Pro-activeness and ability to learn new systems easily
·  Strong leadership and collaboration skills
·  Fluency in Polish and English
·  Bachelor’s degree or above
