Job description

With us you will be:

·  Responsible for supporting Site Human Resource Systems and Processes to ensure that the needs of the business and employees our met.
·  Examples of systems and processes could include work related to recruiting, training and development, benefits and payroll administration and IWS Pillar Work supporting the organization.

Job Qualifications

·  Minimum 2 years experiences
·  Relevant degree or diploma would be an advantage
·  Interest in growing your capabilities within the area of HR
·  Creative mindset with strong motivation to drive change across organization and constantly challenge status quo
·  Ability to work across organizations and cultures to get things done
·  Pro-activeness and ability to learn new systems easily
·  Team management would be an asset, but it’s not obligatory
·  Strong leadership and teamwork skills
·  Fluent Hungarian and English
