Global Product Stewardship (GPS) is responsible for the safety and regulatory compliance of all P&G products. This Administrative Support role will work with global external material suppliers to develop Legal agreements so they can share details with GPS Scientists for their safety and regulatory assessments. This role will also work directly in GPS computer systems (will train) used for these safety and regulatory assessments. With this work, you will work with global GPS Scientists from all P&G business areas. There will also be general Administrative support work, including working with External Contractors that support our organization’s work. Our team is mostly located in Cincinnati (Mason Business Center) where this position will be located- when we return from working from home. We will not be offering any relocation expenses, so seeking individuals in commuting distance to MBC. Our team is also global with individuals and managers located in Germany and Singapore. Being comfortable with Office 365 tools and phone/ video meeting connections is required. In all the job requirements we seek an individual to not just deliver these responsibilities with excellence, but to also constantly seek a better, simpler, and more productive way to deliver the requirements.

Requirements (skills / experiences) for the role:

·  Able to identify and articulate enhancements and value.
·  Effective Team worker in highly interdependent Team.
·  Open communication within Team and with customers outside direct work groups (such as Global GPS, P&G Legal). You will also represent P&G to external suppliers.

Skills Needed to Perform This Job :

·  Personal communication, ability to collaborate with wide range of disciplines remotely, electronic/computer skills to enable systems and project work.
·  Leadership skills to move project forward and to final completion.
